That $1,000 is yours to use however you need:

• Catch up on a bill

• Buy something for your kids

• Get groceries

• Anything that helps lighten your load

CHALLENGE RULES & DETAILS

• Entry Fee: $50 (non-refundable)

• Challenge Length: 30 days

• Eligibility: Open to women only

• Weigh-Ins:

– Weekly weigh-ins are REQUIRED

– Weigh-ins will take place at the designated gym

– Gym location will be listed after registration

• Final Weigh-In Date: February 17, 2026 (Mardi Gras Day)

• Winner Announcement: February 18, 2026

• Winner: Participant with the greatest verified weight loss at final weigh-in
